Why Have An Air Exchange?

An air exchange helps vent stale air from inside your home and bring in fresh air from outside to improve your home's overall air quality. Since 2012 Energy Efficiency Regulation require all new construction to install an air exchanger. This is because modern homes are built to be air tight and perfectly sealed which results in stale air sitting in your home.
