Techs
Jason Coon - Service/Install Manager
Jason received his Associates Degree in HVACR from Mitchell Tech and has earn many certifications over his years in the industry.
Jason started his career at Active in 2019. His favorite aspect of his job is working with his dedicated team of HVAC installers and Service Techs to provide an extraordinary level of customer service, and satisfaction when it comes to their heating and cooling needs.
In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, pulling his kids on the tubes and going camping with his family. He also enjoys watching his two daughters compete in cheer, practice stunts on their trampoline, and attend their school plays.
Nick Sime - Service/Installer Supervisor
Nick received his degree in as an Industrial Electrician from NDSCS. He has been in the HVAC industry for 13 years and started at Active in 2021. Nick likes working at Active because of the people. His favorite part of his job is figuring out a problem and finding the fix as well as getting to know the customers.
In his free time, he likes to go hunting, fishing, and do outdoor activities.

Lance Hochstatter - Service/Install Supervisor
Lance has been with Active since 2018. He works on our Watertown team. His favorite part of his job is problem solving and critical thinking. Lance enjoys working at Active because everyone is treated equally and all opinions are valued.
In his free time he enjoys camping, attending Boy Scouts with his son, and watching his two daughters compete in cheer.
Cadin Blais - Technician
Cadin enjoys being at work and in his free time he enjoys fishing and spending time with family and friends
Sam Meester - Technician
I enjoy spending time with my wife and friends as well as watching sports. I also enjoy building and fixing whatever I can get my hands on in my free time.
Jordan Minor - Maintenance Technician
Jordan enjoys spending time with family, watching or going to Major League Soccer games, and playing video games in his spare time.
Sam Pauly - Technician
Sam enjoys fishing, hunting, sports, and camping. Fun fact about Sam is that he's been to Alaska!
Jeff Walz - Technician
Brent Griffith - Installer
Brent started at Active in 2020. He likes establishing relationships with the customers and giving them the best possible whole home HVAC system.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as playing baseball, golfing, and fishing.
Mike Kelliher - Installer
Mike started at Active in 2021. He likes that there is something new everyday at his job.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and doing anything outdoors.
Zach Anderson - Installer
Zach enjoys being outdoors or spending time with his family.
James Conroy - Installer
James is a huge Minnesota sports fan. He likes watching the Timberwolves, Vikings, and Twins. He enjoys doing projects around his house such as yard work, handyman work, and just overall tidiness of his residence. Outside of those two hobbies he also enjoys playing video games on occasion and especially spending time with his wife and son.
Joseph Harstad - Installer
Joe enjoys collecting Lego sets, playing frisbee golf, football, golf, and basketball. A couple of fun facts about Joe are he's climbed a 450 ft. tower and has been to 23 of 50 states.
Cooper Holmlund - Installer
Cooper's hobbies include hunting, fishing and riding his motorcycles.
Fun fact about Cooper is he owns three Harley motorcycles!
Connor Matthews - Installer
Connor enjoys hanging out with his friends and family. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle.
Matthew Reikofski - Installer
Matt enjoys hunting, fishing, trail riding, and just being outdoors.
Fun fact is Matt is the tallest in his family!

Jacob loves to golf, hunt, and spend time with family.

Del works as one of our Project Managers. He likes that he gets to do something different everyday and works in a family feeling workplace.

Troy Fuerstenau - Plumbing Service Manager
Troy has been plumbing for 30+ years. He began in the business by first working for his uncle. In 2007, Troy and his wife Audrey, decided to open their own business. They wanted to have a small, local, family-owned business focused on outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.
Troy's favorite part of working with customers is to help bring their ideas to life in remodels or new construction. He looks forward to the opportunity to work with anybody and everybody on their next project!
