Jason Coon | Service Operations Director
Jason received his Associates Degree in HVACR from Mitchell Tech and has earn many certifications over his years in the industry.
Jason started his career at Active in 2019. His favorite aspect of his job is working with his dedicated team of HVAC installers and Service Techs to provide an extraordinary level of customer service, and satisfaction when it comes to their heating and cooling needs.
In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, pulling his kids on the tubes and going camping with his family. He also enjoys watching his two daughters compete in cheer, practice stunts on their trampoline, and attend their school plays.
Lance Hochstatter | Service Manager
Lance has been with Active since 2018. He works on our Watertown team. His favorite part of his job is problem solving and critical thinking. Lance enjoys working at Active because everyone is treated equally and all opinions are valued.
In his free time he enjoys camping, attending Boy Scouts with his son, and watching his two daughters compete in cheer.
Nick Sime | Service/Installer Supervisor
Nick received his degree in as an Industrial Electrician from NDSCS. He has been in the HVAC industry for 13 years and started at Active in 2021. Nick likes working at Active because of the people. His favorite part of his job is figuring out a problem and finding the fix as well as getting to know the customers.
In his free time, he likes to go hunting, fishing, and do outdoor activities.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and friends as well as watching sports. I also enjoy building and fixing whatever I can get my hands on in my free time.

Troy has been plumbing for 30+ years. He began in the business by first working for his uncle. In 2007, Troy and his wife Audrey, decided to open their own business. They wanted to have a small, local, family-owned business focused on outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.
Troy's favorite part of working with customers is to help bring their ideas to life in remodels or new construction. He looks forward to the opportunity to work with anybody and everybody on their next project!
